1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Product must be in original condition without damage or alteration
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling will not be accepted

⚠️ Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.

2. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return request:

  • Contact us with your order details via email or phone
  • Our team will review and approve the request if eligible
  • Return pickup or shipping instructions will be provided
  • Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid transit damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.

3. REFUND PROCESS

Once the returned product is received:

  • The item will undergo quality inspection
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days (TAT)
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

COD Orders:

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must provide valid bank account details for refund processing.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES

Please note the following:

  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable
    (Except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
  • Discounts, coupons, or promotional benefits may be adjusted in the refund amount

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging for verification

⚠️ Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • After shipping, the return policy will apply
